Lasdun restaurant
Enjoy the very best of culinary craft and culture under one roof
Our sophisticated Modern British dining experience from the trio behind critically acclaimed Hackney Public House, The Marksman.
Offering a full a la carte menu, plus pre-theatre dining, from Monday – Saturday 5pm – 10pm (kitchen from 5 – 9.15pm), and Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays 12pm – 3pm.
Bar seats (and snacks) are also available pre-show and during the interval.
Reservations recommended, but walk-ins welcome.
Summer on the Southbank – Lasdun Bar is popping up on Weston Terrace, proudly pouring Nyetimber English sparkling, alongside seasonal cocktails and classic buns. Walk-ins only, 12pm-dusk, Monday-Sunday (weather dependent).
Forza Wine
The South London rooftop venue known for simple, fun seasonal drinks, snacks and views brings its inimitable energy to our South Bank home.
Enjoy the laid-back terrace bar, with sensational cocktails, sharing plates & riverside views, serving Monday – Saturday, 12 noon – 12 midnight and Sunday 12 noon – 11pm (kitchen closing at 10:30pm).
Walk-ins are welcome but reservations are recommended.
Summer on the South Bank – Forza Taps is popping up on the outdoor terrace below Forza Wine. Serving ‘on tap’ drinks and a selection of ‘Italian-ish’ dishes. Walk-ins only, 4pm-10pm weekdays, 12 noon to 10pm on weekends
The Understudy
Come along for a drink and a bite, or more, of street food at our friendly riverside craft beer bar.
Featuring a line-up of Gipsy Hill beers and guest ales, wine from some of the best independent makers, spirits by East London Liquor Co. and street food served by a curated line-up of KERB traders
Open from midday, Mondays – Sundays.

Summer on the South Bank
Summer has hit the South Bank with A Taste of KERB.
Back for its fifth year, KERB returns to Theatre Square with a variety of savoury flavours from Baba Dhaba, Chicken Bandits and MexClub, cold treats from Hackney Gelato and a giant 20ft bar courtesy of Two Tribes Brewery.
A few paces further east, near our River Stage, Oh My Dog and Jude’s Ice Cream have parked up for all your hot dog and ice cream needs!
Tuck into the best street food London has to offer, with iconic views of the River Thames and summertime entertainment.
Open from 4pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, and from midday on Wednesdays to Sundays.
Cafés and theatre bars
Atrium Café
Serving artisan coffee by HEJ, fresh pastries, salads, sandwiches and light lunches by day, plus wines, beers and English sparkling by night.
Open from 10am to 7.30pm, Monday to Saturday.
Summer opening: from 12 noon to 6pm on Sundays, until 22 September.
Espresso Bar
Serving a selection of pastries, coffees, teas and cocktails.
Open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 7.30pm.

Theatre bars
Rennie’s Bar in the main foyer opens an hour before, and during intervals of, performances in the Lyttelton Theatre.
Olivier performance bars, in the stalls and circle foyers of the Olivier Theatre, open just before performances and during intervals.
Dorfman theatre Bar and café, in the Dorfman foyer, is open just before performances and during intervals.
Interval drinks can be pre-ordered at the bars, prior to the performance.
