Once you’ve purchased the gift membership, an e-voucher will be delivered to your inbox within 15 minutes. You should forward this directly to the lucky recipient. The e-voucher will contain all the information they need and a unique code to activate the membership. E-vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and, once activated, the recipient will enjoy a whole year of membership.

If you would like to receive a posted gift pack, please email priority@nationaltheatre.org.uk after purchasing your gift membership and we would be happy to put this together for you.

 

Activate a Gift Membership

You are just a few steps away from beginning your year of membership with us. If you have received a gift membership voucher and would like to activate your membership now, please follow these steps:

Activate your membership today 

  1. Click on the Activate your membership today button above
  2. On the next page, please select the membership level you’ve been gifted from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Click Activate Now, then Check out
  4. You’ll be asked to login to your National Theatre account. If you don’t already have an account you can register now, or if you have forgotten your password please use the Reset password function. 
  5. Once logged in, you will be taken to the Order Summary page. Check your details are correct and then enter your Gift Membership Voucher Number (including the hyphen) in the Gift or Credit Voucher ID box, then click the Apply Voucher button. 
  6. Click Buy Now to complete your membership activation 
  7. Once activated, you will receive a welcome email within one hour and your membership will be valid for 12 months. 

Once you have activated your membership, you will receive a welcome email and your membership will be active for one year. We look forward to welcoming you to the National Theatre soon.
